Leave the A30 at Carland Cross roundabout (by the windmills) take the turn-off to Trispen/Truro, go about 2 miles, then turn left into Trispen at “Rowes Honda Garage” follow the road to the Premier shop on the right, we are about 50mtrs past the shop on the left, look for the property sign, Cottingham.
