Top class service, dropped iphone off for a new screen at 1.15pm, phone call to say it was sorted at 2.15pm same day. The iphone looked as new and at a good price. I will definitely use Macsolutions again.

MacSolutions provided the best service I have ever experienced in 20 years of owning a Mac. I arrived shaking and weeping and dribbling with fear having (I thought) damaged my wife's computer beyond repair.. Not so. Having been calmed down by Thomas "No nonsense" Prior, everything was patiently examined repaired and retrieved - and all at an amazingly reasonable cost. Thank you MacSolutions! Best value, best service.

Hi Tom, Just like to say what a brilliant service you provided in replacing my broken iPad screen. It was a no messing service easy to use and very reliable. I do hope I don't have to contact you guys again now that I have bought a case for the iPad....if only I had done this before. Two good friends of mine have now bought cases based on my stupid accident, so unfortunately no trade from them ;-) Thanks again for such a great service. Clive

After having a major problem with my iMac and being out of Applecare warranty, needed to find someone that could examine the iMac, preferably local to Cornwall and give me the bad news. Found MacSolutions on the web and gave Tom a call, within 24 hrs Tom has diagnosed the problem and was able to give me my options. The best for me was a new iMac, which was ordered via MacSolutions and arrived quicktime. I now have my new iMac up and running with no lose of data. For anyone reading these feedback's, I can only suggest if your having problems Apple related, give Tom a call. You'll get great communications and personal customer service at a speed that is second to none, plus he's in Cornwall. Excellent service Tom, thanks again. Dave

Fantsatic services! Replaced my iPhone 3GS screen, and returned by registered post. Much cheaper and quicker than what my iPhone insurance provider would have charged. Great communication too throughout. Cheers !
