To make an appointment for a repair or to drop off your device for an estimate, please contact us using the form on the contact page or call us on one of the numbers below and we will arrange a convenient time to suit you. We repair iPhones next day but Apple Mac repairs take a little longer, however, we will call you within 24 hrs of receipt and give you a complete quote for repair.

Your repair is covered under our 3 months Parts & Labor Warranty. If you have any issues with a repair within the first 90 days, just contact us. We guarantee that we will fix it in a timely and efficient manner. If you have any questions before you purchase, please feel free to give us a call or drop us an email.

We only take payment after we have completed your repair. We are able to take payment by Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash or Apply Pay.

Postal Repair

You would need to post your device to our workshop. We will repair it and contact you by email or text to say the repair is complete and then post it back to you the next work day by special delivery.
All our repair costs include the cost of parts, installation and return delivery. If you would prefer to speak to us before sending your device, phone us on the numbers below or email tom@macsolutions.co.uk.

The process

1. Go to our Contact page and complete your details on our repair form.
2. All devices will need the screen passlock disabled or noted with the device, as we are unable to fully test your device if it is locked.
3. If possible, please leave the SIM card in the phone as it will be required to fully test your phone.
4. Package your device securely in a padded bag or box and send to:
